At Fortis Fit, each 26-minute session is optimised with perfectly tailored resistance and intensity, achieving results equivalent to a 1–2 hour traditional workout. By focusing on intensity over duration, our method targets all major muscle groups with minimal rest, maximising strength and fat-burning in a short time.

It’s essential to understand that muscles don’t count reps and sets; they respond to the quality and intensity of the stimulus provided during a session.

You can either work hard during exercise or work out for a long time – but you can’t do both. Intensity is the key to effectively boosting metabolism, improving VO2 max, building lean muscle, and supporting skeletal health

Absolutely. For most people, we recommend training no more than 2 times per week. Our high-intensity workouts are designed to deeply engage muscles, achieving more impact in a short time than traditional methods. This intensity means your muscles need a longer recovery period to heal, adapt, and grow stronger.

Recovery isn’t just important—it’s essential. With high-intensity training, the principle of “less is more” really applies, allowing you to achieve optimal results while giving your body the time it needs to recover fully.

Of course, ideal frequency depends on your personal goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Some members may benefit from additional sessions or specific training adjustments based on their objectives. Our trainers can help you find the perfect balance to maximise your results.

Everything we do at Fortis Fit is quantified. We believe that what gets measured, gets managed. 

Included as part of your membership at the gym is a monthly body scan assessments to ensure that you are staying on track with your goals. Your results will be examined and discussed with one of our expert trainers. 

On top of this, the ARX machine is equipped with software that digitally and automatically tracks important data points for each rep and set. With no need for a notepad or clipboard, you’ll receive instant feedback on every workout, allowing you to measure your progress accurately and see exactly how you’re improving. 

The CAROL bike uses similar technology to measure your power output and monitor your performance in real-time during each workout. After each session, CAROL’s software analyses your workout data and generates a personalised report. This information provides you with an accurate picture of your progress over time and helps you adjust your workout plan to optimise your results.

We offer a unique training approach that combines short, high-intensity training sessions with a variety of modalities, including:

No, you don’t need any prior experience to join us. We welcome clients of all abilities, whether your experienced in the gym or a complete newbie. Our personal trainers will guide you every step of the way, so you can feel confident and comfortable during your workout sessions.

Our members feel healthier, have more energy, improve their productivity and get more enjoyment out of their life as a result of their personal training programs at Fortis Fit Sydney.

If you haven’t seen improvements in either strength, fitness, muscle gain, or fat loss, after training with us for 12 weeks, we’ll refund your entire payment. That’s how confident we are in our training methods.

Our sessions are $90, which includes a comprehensive full-body strength workout with a trainer, cardio and oxygen therapy, and access to our vibration plates and wellness equipment. As a member, you’ll also receive monthly body scans and a complimentary nutrition package designed to support your health goals.

Yes, our studio has shower and change room facilities.

We recommend that you wear comfortable, breathable clothing and enclosed shoes to your training sessions.
