This is without a doubt the best gym I've ever gone to—Dan & Clint are both excellent at guiding me through my workout on the machines. It feels like I say to them every week "This never gets any easier, does it?" because even though I'm getting stronger every week, the machines push back against me harder and harder. I've seen great gains (both in strength and muscle mass) over the past few months, and it's super easy for me to get to because it's a 10 minute walk from work I go once a week for 30 minutes and I'm still getting jacked

Best gym ever! I was looking for a way to streamline my workouts and I have found the perfect gym. In one 30 minute session, using their state of the art equipment, I get warm up, resistance training, HIIT workout and PEMF session. This gym has everything I was looking for, and the price point is very reasonable considering that it is basically a once weekly personal training session- and more. Clint and Dan are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I love their genuine care and commitment to their clients.

This is a must for people interested in advanced approaches to exercise. Fortis Fit are using the most advanced technology in resitance exercise,the ARX machine. Clint and his team are friendly and knowledgeable and will make sure you have a great experience, which is very addictive!

My posture has improved so much. Even better than regular Pilates Reformer classes. It's so good having someone monitoring your technique & encouraging you at each rep. Thanks to the additional machines you don't see in your average gym, being the Biocharger & Hypervibe i feel healthier mentally too.

Such a great experience and more importantly gym! Love the challenge it provides you and the reward you see in gaining more strength each session. I highly recommend this style of training as you complete your workout in almost half the time and have the same effect as going to the gym for over an hour.
